In the 1990’s he helped introduce motion-sensing technologies to the lighting market. In the 2000’s he consulted with realtors throughout Southern California and Oregon to incorporate online marketing solutions into their promotional strategies for increased advertising ROIs. In the construction sector, he introduced a patented encapsulation technology to the Tri-State Area that has enabled residential and commercial property owners to avoid costly demolitions.
