Kelly has a proven history of curating and implementing recruitment and talent strategies. This includes the implementation of bringing scalable processes, systems, workflows, and initiatives designed to sustain continuous talent attraction, acquisition, growth, and retention. 

 

She started her career within the Staffing Industry where she spent 10+ years helping companies sourcing and placing talent into a wide variety of industries. This proved a great foundation in gaining a deep understanding of a large variety of industries, workforce needs, labor market conditions, and how to attract and select the talent needed to help companies grow and scale. Kelly boasts several awards for volume and revenue achievements, ranking her #4 in the US within the Express Employment Professional franchise network comprising of over 500 locations.  

 

Over the last 10+ years, Kelly has worked internally as a corporate talent leader for high-growth software companies within the hospitality, digital marketing, fintech, and eCommerce industries. Her breadth of skills spans all aspects of the talent life cycle, attraction through retention. Some of the key experiences she has had during her corporate tenure include: large-scale recruitment initiatives, workforce, and labor market analysis and expansion, talent technology implementation, employment branding, headcount management, and forecasting, compensation analysis, full-cycle technical and executive-level recruiting, staff training, remote hiring, and onboarding, and operational excellence.  

 

Kelly places a high-value on improving and elevating Oregon’s workforce and increasing employment opportunities. She served as a board member for Central Oregon Employment Counsel helping provide high-quality, low-cost educational opportunities, and has had significant involvement in volunteering her expertise to local schools, government agencies, economic development organizations, and other non-profits whose mission do the same. She attended Western Oregon State College and actively participates in various human-centric training and certifications to continuously keep her skills and hiring methodologies sharp.
