Mrs. Ryan brings 19 years of experience in the children’s specialty industry and over 31 years experience in retail. She is well known and respected throughout the baby industry. She has extensive product knowledge, solid vendor relationships, a deep understanding of the customer, creative merchandising skills, and an intimate understanding of the target market needs. At Skip to My Room, a specialty children’s brick and mortar store, she was responsible for retail design, merchandising, product and selection with full P&L responsibilities. She successfully grew the business from $600K to $7.2M in sales. Additionally, Mrs. Ryan has successfully managed, and now owns, babyPHASES, in Bend, OR.

 

Her retail expertise includes customer service, sales, interior design, merchandising, management, and logistics. She brings a unique insider’s perspective of both the target customer and the industry to our team.
